Hi, I’m Naira.

I love seeing people come into their own. That moment when something shifts, they trust themselves, and life opens up again. That's why I do this work.

A personal approach.
A clear result. ↓

It means knowing yourself fully — your body, your mind, your boundaries, your desires. Taking responsibility for this life that is yours, and choosing to love the person living it.

It means honouring what truly matters to you, regardless of the noise. Other people's opinions. Old stories. The version of you that learned to shrink.

Sovereignty isn't something you learn. It's something you remember.

That's the relationship with yourself I want this work to make room for.

It’s never too late.

Being sovereign
takes courage.

WHAT I BELIEVE

ABOUT ME

A life with
many beginnings.

I was named after Peña Naira, a cultural gathering place in La Paz, Bolivia — a space where music, art, and community converged. I like to think that had something to do with my enduring love of music, dance, and human connection.

I was born in Santiago, Chile, and raised between languages and landscapes — the vibrant pulse of Miami Beach in the eighties, and later Montreal, which I have called home since 1988. Moving between places taught me how to read context, how to listen closely, how to belong without losing myself. It also taught me about change — the exhilaration of it, the grief within it, and the resilience it quietly demands.

I first trained as a graphic designer. Design, at its core, is about communication — bridging the space between a message and the person meant to receive it. That way of seeing shapes everything I do.

Coaching expanded that lens. Over a decade of working with individuals navigating transition, identity shifts, and quiet turning points showed me something consistent: most people don't lack insight. They lack the shift. They understand their patterns. They can explain their story. And still — something keeps them from living the way they want.

That's when I found Conversational Hypnosis. And everything changed.

I speak Spanish, English and French.

WHAT I DO DIFFERENTLY

Fast focused change.

A conversation with purpose.

Conversational hypnosis works directly with the subconscious — where patterns actually live. Not to excavate the past. Not to analyze what went wrong or why or who. But to create the conditions for real, lasting transformation. Fast.

You remain fully awake and aware. We have a conversation. And somewhere in that conversation, something shifts — because your subconscious already has everything it needs.

This is the work I call Sovereignty — helping people move from quietly resigned to fully alive. From seeking permission to owning their choices. From surviving to actually living.

A flower doesn't apologize for blooming. Neither should you.
